"Synced just now" in the Library header never updates while the page is open #27

The Library header's "Synced …" time (relative_time/1 in remarkable_components.ex, used in RemarkableLive) is only worked out when the page renders, so if you sit on the page it keeps saying "just now" (or whatever it said when it loaded) until something else re-renders it.

It'd be nice if it updated live while the page is open, but not too often: e.g. a timer in the LiveView (or a small JS hook) that refreshes it about once a minute, which matches how coarse the wording is past the first minute.
