On the ebook branch Book.changeset now casts rating, tags and custom_metadata, so the user-facing book form can set fields meant to be filled internally (by sync and ebook processing).

Fix: a separate changeset for internal fields, used only by sync/ebook code; the user changeset keeps the editable field list. Related: #7.
