Deleting a library nilifies ebooks.library_id, so its ebooks stay in the table with no library. No scan will ever clean them up, and they keep showing as downloads on their books.

Fix: delete the library's ebooks with it (on_delete: :delete_all, or delete them in Libraries.delete_library/1 along with their stored cover thumbnails), keeping the books in the catalog.
