File: lib/fuzzy_catalog_web/controllers/import_export_controller.ex:329-333 (perform_import is a stub that calls complete_job). The UI previews, 'starts' the import and reports success, but nothing gets imported. Also uploads go to System.tmp_dir and are never cleaned; spawn/1 is unsupervised (use Task.Supervisor or Oban).
Fix: implement the import or hide the import UI for this release.

Found by Nye's audit, 2026-10-18 (static review of main @1d89af4 and jtk/ebook-management @43a849e).
